Memory Disorders Clinic

The Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network Memory Disorders Clinic provides state of the art diagnosis and treatment of memory disorders and age associated memory impairment. 

Each patient is initially evaluated with a two-hour neuropsychological memory screening process to determine the presence or absence of a pathological memory disorder.  Comprehensive neuropsychological and neurological evaluations are provided as indicated. 

Services Include

  • Comprehensive neurological and neuropsychological diagnostic evaluation

  • Detailed family feedback sessions

  • Neuropsychotherapy to enhance preserved cognitive function and family coping strategies

  • Psychiatric evaluation and treatment for behavioral and mood disturbance

  • Memory Enhancement Group for age associated memory loss

  • Driving evaluations with an occupational therapist

Most referrals are made by primary care physicians, family members, or individuals concerned about declining memory capabilities.
