Features: Animal Facilitated Therapy
Therapy Dogs

Therapy Dogs are trained to a basic level of obedience. Along with a human volunteer, they provide social 1:1 visits with patients during evening and weekend hours. Therapy Dogs and their owners bring joy to the patients that they visit.
All dogs in our program have passed a stringent temperament test. They are also carefully screened for health and soundness. Many different breeds, from small to large, have been represented in our programs.
