Patients Rights
Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network is dedicated to the principle
that all patients, employees, physicians and visitors deserve to be treated
with dignity, respect and courtesy. The organization strives to adhere to
these principles through the development of additional policy statements
that further address expectations regarding standards of conduct in both
clinical and fiscal operations of business. It is NRHN’s fundamental policy
that all of its business activities be conducted at all times in compliance
with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. It is also
NRHN’s fundamental policy to conduct its business in accordance with high
ethical standards.
Patient, family and/or visitors are encouraged to bring any concerns to the
attention of hospital staff or management. Concerns will be addressed timely
and follow up provided as appropriate. If a patient, family or visitor
indicates that they would like to file a complaint with an external source
they will be provided with the following information:
