“I would highly recommend Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital to all my friends and associates.”

Northeast Rehab in Portsmouth“On 17 March 2017 I arrived at your facility via ambulance from Wentworth Douglass Hospital. I had just had a bi-lateral knee replacement operation on the 15th and was very confused to say the least with all the pain meds I was on. After I was delivered to my room I was greeted by my nurse and assistant to ensure I was comfortable and was made aware of the routine that would follow the next day. A short time after that I met my assigned doctor. Later during that day I was introduced to their reliefs in the same friendly manner. Meeting all the staff that would take care of me during their shifts was very encouraging to me. Once I was able to get up and about I couldn’t help notice how clean and cheerful the entire facility was.”

“The next morning I was greeted by a Occupational Therapist who helped me clean up and get dressed for breakfast. After breakfast I was greeted by the Physical Therapist and headed off to the workout stations. Every OT and PT that worked with me were exceptional friendly and helpful when I had questions. This routine went on for 7 days and I was released on the 24th.”

“I was very pleased with the services you provide. I would highly recommend Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital to all my friends and associates. The reason why your facility is so successful is due to the outstanding Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists that work for you. I sincerely apologize for not remembering the names of individuals who accomplished little things that made me happy like the nurse who brought me my ice cream at 2 o’clock in the morning to settle my stomach, a LNA walking the hallways early morning with me to lighten up my knees, and a young LNA who brought her own individual coffee pot in to make me my first and only delicious cup of coffee during my stay.”

“Your staff of Nurses, Occupational Therapist, and Physical Therapist are fine examples of true professionals in their individual chosen fields. Without their care I’m sure I would not have recovered as quickly as I did. Each and every one of them has the perfect personalities for their jobs. They make you comfortable from the firsthand shake and instill confidence in the patient of their abilities to help. They always let you know what to expect and take the time to explain why the exercise is necessary and what it will accomplish. They are all “TRUE PROFESSIONALS” and you are very lucky to have them.”
