Our goal is to increase the patient’s functional capacity while diminishing pain and its influence over daily activities. The physicians that treat our patients are affiliated with New England Neurological Associates, the largest neuroscience medical group practice in the eastern United States.

How Do I Set Up and Appointment

Our Pain Management Clinics treat a variety of chronic pain conditions including:

  • Low back pain
  • Post herpetic neuralgia (a complication of shingles causing burning pain that lasts long after the rash and blisters of shingles disappear)
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Myofascial pain (pressure on sensitive points in muscles causes pain in seemingly unrelated parts of your body)
  • Sciatica (pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from the lower back through the hips and buttocks and down each leg)
  • Arthritis
  • Spinal compression fractures
  • Spinal Stenosis (a narrowing of the open spaces within your spine)
  • Nerve-related pain

Upon physician recommendation, we are equipped to offer a broad range of services including injection and medication therapies. Injection therapies include:

  • Epidural injections
  • Facet injections
  • Nerve blocks
  • Muscle injections
  • Radiofrequency Lesioning
  • Kyphoplasties

When appropriate, our physicians will refer patients to physical or occupational therapy. Both our clinics offer on-site therapy services to enhance a patient’s treatment plan when needed.
