Circle of Excellence Award Recipients

Northeast Rehab is proud to have so many loyal, efficient and inspiring employees. The Circle Of Excellence Award is our quarterly employee recognition program that celebrates employees who go the extra mile. The program was created to acknowledge the outstanding accomplishments made by those employees.

Meet some of our most recent Circle of Excellence Award recipients.  These employees were nominated by their co-workers for a job well done.  Congratulations!

Crystal Yule, DPT
Clinic Manager, Salem Pediatrics

Crystal is a role mode to others for customer service and attitude. She always goes the extra mile for our patients and always with a smile. She has passion for what she does and compassion for her patients. Crystal never stops thinking of  opportunities to provide family education and fun for our kids. A recent letter from a patient sums it up best, “Crystal is extremely creative, dedicated, passionate, positive, loving and lovable. Crystal can only be described as excellent!”

Jenny Rodriguez
Certified Pharmacy Technician

Jenny started in the pharmacy almost three years ago as a quiet but hard-working technician. In the last 3 years, she has made leaps and bounds, becoming an integral part of the pharmacy team and someone the Director of Pharmacy relies on for many functions related to daily operations. The entire team enjoys working with her because she is fun to work with and extremely diligent in her work.

Says Stacy Austin, Director of Pharmacy, “Jenny is essentially the main pharmacy purchaser and is always on top of cost changes, shortages and so much more.  If she was not at the helm of this, I would be lost. Jenny is the type of employee every manager dreams of having. She is reliable, hard-working, knowledgeable and a team player.”

Her co-workers also think the world of Jenny saying, “I don’t know what the pharmacy department would do without Jenny. She consistently exceeds the expectations of her position. She takes pride in completing her work efficiently and then actively seeks different projects to keep herself busy the rest of the day. She comes to work with a can do attitude. Jenny is an employee that is central to our pharmacy operations. So much so, that in her absence, we are anxiously awaiting her return!”

Tammy Sinvil
Nurse Liaison, Team Leader

“We can do it!” is a t-shirt that Tammy Sinvil should wear every day because she always makes things come to fruition for Northeast Rehab. Teamwork is Tammy’s middle name! She is always supportive and collaborative not only with various Northeast Rehab departments but also with our external referral sources as well.

Sarah Prime, DPT
Clinic Manager

Sarah always goes the extra mile in the areas of communication, positive attitude and teamwork. She knows each staff member very well and provides the best form of communication to help that employee succeed. She constantly maintains positivity encouraging employees and patients to do their best by concentrating on strengths versus weaknesses.

All in all, Sarah exemplifies the spirit of The Circle of Excellence Award and consistently goes above and beyond all expectations.
