What is your visitor policy?

We are welcoming hospital patients to have one person visit each day during the designated visiting hours, 1 PM to 5 PM. The visitor must be the same person for that specific day. The visitor may visit multiple times during the visiting hours and may spend time with the patient inside and outside, weather permitting.
The following day, a different person may visit but they will be the only person who can visit that day.

Patients and their visitors will be required to wear a mask. While visitors may bring food to a patient, we ask that it not be eaten during the visit for everyone’s safety. At this time, we have suspended pet visitation due to an increase in the incidence of tickborne diseases in the State of NH. Please consult with your Northeast Rehab case manager for details.

We understand how important it is for you and your loved ones to be able to connect during this difficult time. That is why we continue to utilize video conference applications such as FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, and Google Duo to support these important relationships. Our goal is to make you feel as connected as possible.

When appropriate, we also offer Care Partner Education Sessions to make sure that this individual is prepared for the next steps once their loved one is discharged. Our case managers will work directly with this individual to schedule any session(s).
