Independence Way

At our Portsmouth hospital we feature an indoor mobility park, Independence Way.  Patients can practice the activities of daily living to help them prepare for maximum function in the community.  Patients can practice getting in and out of a real car, shop in the grocery store, order a meal at the cafe and climb aboard public transportation.

Independence Way offers real-life settings and makes their rehab sessions fun and relevant to their recovery.
