Inpatient

- Certification by Join Commissions Disease Specific care in Stroke Rehabilitation.
- Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS) by the Brain Injury Association of America and we have a CBIS Trainer as well.
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurses (CRRN)
- Offers a higher intensity of therapy than is found in other levels of care, such as local skilled nursing facilities.
- You will be assigned a team of individuals who will work with you to create and implement a personalized plan of care from admission through discharge.
- You will receive a minimum of three hours of therapy per day. Northeast Rehab provides 24-hour care by registered nurses who specialize in rehabilitation, and our patients are seen 5-7 days per week by our staff of physicians who are board certified in physical rehabilitation medicine and/or board certified in neurology.
- Patients who transition between our different levels of care will move seamlessly between the network's different divisions. Home Health Care and/or Outpatient services are scheduled prior to discharge from inpatient rehabilitation services and communication occurs between the staff to ensure that your plan of care is continued at the next level.
