Our Nashua, NH Physical Therapy Clinic will help you get back on your feet and on the road to recovery.

At Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network, we provide outpatient therapy services to individuals impacted by a loss of function. As part of our continuum of rehabilitative care, we  offer outpatient programs at many convenient locations in Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast, and the Merrimack Valley.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists help people of all ages eat, dress, complete school activities and work. They help by making changes to things that may limit your ability to do those tasks, including the environment.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy addresses the illnesses or injuries that limit a person’s abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Our physical therapists use an individual’s history and physical examination to arrive at a diagnosis and establish a management plan.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy focuses on receptive language, or the ability to understand words spoken to you. As well as expressive language, or the ability to use words to express yourself. While many of our patients are children with developmental disorders, we also treat many adults who have suffered from a stroke, head injury or other diseases. Speech therapy services also include evaluation and treatment of feeding and swallowing concerns.

Sports Medicine

Sports-related injuries can keep you from enjoying your favorite sport and interfere with everyday activities. At Northeast Rehab, we have therapists on staff at all of our clinics who specialize in the treatment of sports injuries for both adults and children.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Pediatric physical therapists work in collaboration with children and their families to provide services aimed at promoting a child’s ability to function independently and participate actively in home, school and community environments. Physical therapists use their expertise in movement and apply clinical reasoning through the process of examination, evaluation, diagnosis and intervention. Pediatric physical therapy promotes independence, increases participation, facilitates motor development and function, improves strength and endurance, enhances learning opportunities and eases challenges with daily care giving.

Pediatric Speech Therapy

Our pediatric speech therapy program offers comprehensive services for infants, children and adolescents. We treat a wide variety of disorders, including problems with speech, language and swallowing.

Every child is unique and our staff is committed to understanding the individual rehabilitation needs of each patient.

The ability to communicate is our most human characteristic. A communication disorder is an interruption in the expressive and/or receptive ability to communicate through speech, language and in voice.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children gain independence and promotes development of fine motor skills, sensory motor skills and visual motor skills that children need to function and socialize in their home, school, play and community environments. In the case of an injury or debilitating illness, our services focus on rehabilitating children, allowing them to return to their daily routines at their highest level of function.

Pediatric Orthotics and Prosthetics

Northeast Rehabilitation Specialty Clinics provide evaluation, education and assistance in selecting the right equipment for each patient and then assist patients as they transition their equipment into their daily routines.

Patients and families appreciate the convenience of receiving Orthotic and Prosthetic services at a conveniently located Northeast Rehab outpatient clinic. Additionally, services can be provided in a home setting as needed. Our mobile unit allows for seamless delivery of a custom device which can be adapted as needed while patients progress through their rehabilitation or outgrow their device.

Pediatric Sports Medicine

We know sports are an integral part of many children’s lives. Most kids like to play hard, and with that can come injury. That’s why our pediatric sports medicine experts are trained at treating orthopedic complications and injuries that range from complex musculoskeletal disorders to common problems like knee and shoulder injuries.

Most sports injuries can be successfully treated with proper rehabilitation. Our team of therapists is dedicated to one-on-one attention for every child to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our facilities include advanced equipment and state-of-the-art technology to rehabilitate young athletes and help them return to competition.
